Beltline (Hwy 12) and Parmenter/University Ave onramp.
Middleton PD frequently sit on the Northbound on-ramp to the Beltline entering from University Ave. Look at the overpass/on-ramp on your right before immediately past the Parmenter/University Ave exit (exit 151). I see a cop there on a daily basis, mostly in the evening with only parking lights on.
