Benson Ave. between 16th and Mountain
Motorcycle and/or police cars sitting on street south of the water plant mainly looking for southbound traffic. Motorcycle sits back in trees going northbound as you round the curve. Speed limit is only 35! (Only 25 mph now that road construction is there)
