betweeen exits 16 and 18 on interstate 89
officers are frequently hidden in a line of traffic which is usually heavy and exiting at exit 18 with patients and employees of dartmouth hitchcock clinic. they appear suddenly and must use a tactic in traffic to leace the line of traffic at very high speed. there are no stationary traps in the area so radar detectors are not useful.

I am trying to figure out where this Lebanon is in Indiana that is close to I-89. Lebanon, In is on I-65 North of Indianapolis.
