between 5 and 10 mi north of Dorris to the CA / OR stateline
Watch out for unmarked cars (usually grey or black sedans) Just about every (15 or so) time ive been thru there, ive either seen a cop moving or saw a motorist pulled over BY one. There is a large grainery near the border with a processing slough or catwalk over the highway and a HUGE U.S. flag. they can hide between buildings there as well.

The grainery is NOT in Dorris.....its in Oregon! California has no umarked cars for enofrcement purposes.
