This city has an unHoly alliance with the Sheriff/County Commissioners Court to rent County Vehicles and equipment (includs droid deputies) to work revenue enhancement operations on Public Roads, to build infrastructure (court building/city buildings) on the backs of the working public.
Watch out for County Vehicles which are rented to the City with sophisticated radar and smart mouthed deputies acting as city cops.
