Between Oakdale & McDonald on Noblestown Road
North Fayette police are aggressively patrolling the streach of highway between Oakdale and McDonald, allowing no tolerances. Tickets have been given for going 3 miles over the posted speed.

I don't think this information is correct. Local Police are unable to stop you for speeding for under 10 mph over the posted speed if they are using VASCAR Plus or Accutrak. The only way they can do this is if they are using radar. Does anyone know if local police have been authorized radar, yet? As far as I know, only State Police have been authorized radar, but its been 14 years since I was a Police Officer.
