between tamarack and canon to the south on 101
I park in front of the power plant for a couple of hours a day and there are many arrests for speeding etc between these two points.

This one on 101, and anywhere on El Camino real are the two main speed traps in Carlsbad. It used to be wicked all the way to La Costa Ave but they had to raise it 50mph on the south end.
