Between the henderson entrance ramp and I-10 Basin Bridge
Patrol cars sit sometimes in the open, but most times hidden in or near the trees, behind bridge rails or in curves between the Henderson/Cecilia exit and the I-10 Basin Bridge both east and west bound.
