Speed trap at Waterford Lakes Parkway by LA fitness. Got at ticket Jan/16 said I was doing 47 in a 30 gave ticket for 39. At the time not sure how fast I was going because I was trying to change lanes and the guy in that lane didn't want me too. July /17 Spouse got ticket for going 39 in a 30 but ticket states he was actually going 45. Why is 39 so important? Speed Trap.
