Hiding behind shrubbery, a motorcycle cop entraps drivers on a long stretch of a sidewalk-less street, along side a golf course. Instead of installing speed bumps or stop signs, they pick off a countless number of drivers. This policy does not protect or serve anyone other than the West traffic department of the LAPD.
