Big Horn Avenue near US Highway 14
On the edge of Cody, a brand new highway/street was just finished within a month or so and the speed limit was 30 mph for at least 2 miles of this road (commonly called the Powell Highway) because of no turning lanes and quite a few wrecks. Since this has been so drastically improved with an extra wide hwy, sidewalks, turning lanes, etc, they are still enforcing a 30 mph speed limit! The city of Cody allows a 35 mph speed limit in the Residential part of town, but not out on this super hwy!

The speed limit on this road is 35 mph. The residential speed limit in Cody is 30mph. Not sure where this person gets their info.
