Blair Pike west of Grant and east of 31 bypass
There is a new, unusually low, and artificial speed limit of 25 mph posted on hard to see signs–partially obscurred by brush and trees. Since this is a mostly country/rural area, drivers expect speed limits of 35-45 or even 55 mph. This speed trap is catching a lot of locals, too. This appears to be yet another attempt by Peru to raise badly needed revenue. You can pay several times the fine and they will not report the violation to your insurance company…be sure to ask the "occifer" .
