Bluebonnet Blvd AND the old Bluebonnet Street running parallel to the new blvd.The 40 mph on the boulevard is a little low for the area once rush time traffic has abated. On Bluebonnet Street the driver is fooled by a speed sign just as you turn onto the street from Jefferson Hwy, in most cases after waiting and negotiating traffic. Easy to overlook it that soon after the turn. The street is wide-open and most houses are way far off the road so a 30 mph is unexpected. The officers are waiting much further down at the entrance of one of the subdivisions that intersect.
