Bogerts Mill Road near Old Hook Road
Police sit on the side streets and you can’t even see them… there is also an area right before the reservoir where they sit behind a tree! I see them all of the time and people are always pulled over there!

The majority of people pulled over at that location are individuals who have made an illegal right turn on red.
This location is in Harrington Park, not Emerson. The Emerson border is about 250 yards west of Bogert's Mill Road.
