It’s not Bosler and 1st street, it is just before the first hard left in the Bottleneck on Market Street headed towards Wormleysburg. This is an ENRADD trap between the light at 3rd and Market and the first hard left under the railroad bridge in the Bottleneck. At times the entire West Shore Regional force is detailed to this site leaving Lemoyne and Wormleysburg devoid of police protection until they get their quota. No breaks are given at the time of the citation, the only way to avoid points is to pay 300 to 500 dollars for attorney fees on top of the fine and appear before the District Magistrate. A racket to be sure. Beware.
