At the bottom of Hill on Placentia Ave going through Fairview Park heading towards Adams, the patrolman waits on either side of the street watching for people coming down the hill into a 35 mile an hour zone. The motorcycle is hidden up on the sidewalk or on the opposite side of the street tucked into the residential street.

Yes, this is an absolute speed trap! I used to travel this stretch back and forth every
day to my business for 7 years. The problem is that the police hide at the bottom of the 35 mph downhill, so no matter which way your are traveling you can get popped.
