Boulder drive, rear area of City hall and near #160
Coming around the corned behind city hall the PD sits in the lot hidden from view. They also a few hundred yards down in the extreme left hand lane runing hand held radar. This is a 25 MPH zone. Posted signs are missing.
The City just approved a new law which puts all the money from tickets in an enterprise fund for the police departments benefit.
Ticketing is up 200% ….all over the city.
