Watch out for the dark police SUV’s with their red-blue lights on opposite side of the road; driving like they are on their way to respond to something. One of them once passed me, turned around and pulled me over and very politely ticketed me for speeding! It looked like it was his last slip of the pad! I had heard about this city, now I know it first hand! BE CAREFUL OUT THERE. Once I take care of this ticket, I will be avoiding this city ALL-TOGETHER! No shopping, no groceries, no gas, no visit, nothing!
