Boyd Mill Road
After crossing Downs blvd, there are two locations when speed traps are set up…usually towards the end of the month: 1) in someone’s DRIVEWAY on the right hand side and 2) around the corner just before Franklin Green subdivision. As with most speed traps in Franklin, they target roads where the speed limit is 30MPH, as it is here.

Wonder why they target the 30 mph areas. Maybe usually because they are residential, like Franklin Green, and because people drive too fast. I guess there are plenty of kids in Franklin, if a few get run over nobody will miss them. Maybe police get complaints from residents too. Nah, must have quotas!
