LASD usually parks in the center meridian (near the fire road) after the curve. Vehicle is usually pointing downhill, but u-turns are easy enough. Speed limits vary between 35 @ E. Oak Crest Dr. to 40 on the uphill to 45 @ Pathfinder. Sheriff is also there during some evening rush hours. CHP also uses this as a shortcut to Starbucks between the 57 (dimond bld exit) & 60 (fairway exit).
