Brewer Road and Highway 69 through Savanna, Oklahoma is not a Speed Trap. It is a School Zone, 35 mph when the light is flashing and 40 mph otherwise. Nowhere is the speed 60 mph through Savanna. Just South of Savanna the speed is 60, then to 50, and 40 entering the School Zone. This is a major highway and speed limit is posted. The speed is 55 mph from the north end of Savanna on highway 69 until your are on the north end of McAlester. Law Enforcement is watching to protect the children in the school zone. The fact is, there has never been law enforcement in this town, until recently and they are enforcing the law. If you get a ticket you must be breaking the law. This is not a Speed Trap.
