Broad Avenue near Western Avenue
Heading south on Broad Avenue you will go over the Blanchard River and through an "S" Curve. There is a park to your right, and on the left is an entrance to a ballpark. City police usually sit behind the Pine trees along the drive with the gun aimed at motorists.
