Broadway and Kellog
The cop sits in the dark so when you turn from Broadway to Kellog, that strip of road is VERY DARK and is about four car lengths long, you are heading to your hotel, he is giving everyone tickets that makes a left hand turn and does not turn into the far LEFT lane.
