Broadway Street near Exchange Street
Village of Alden. In the old Ames Plaza by Cooligans Ice Cream there is usually a Trooper. He usually faces traffic coming from Three Rod Rd. but sometimes faces traffic coming from Exchange St. By the newer Tops the speed changes to 45 mph and that is where people are often pulled over.

speedlimit drops to 30mph not 45....the section used to be 40mph but is now 30 throughout entire village .......location is popular as you can not see untill too late as you come over crest of hill from under railroad bridge and change of four lanes down to two........
