Broadway Way near between 15th and 9th
From 1 to 4 motorcycle cops sit around 11th street and broadway nailing motorist one after another. Sometimes two on east side and two on west side catching people going north and south.

I can vouch for this location. It is riddle with people going 11 to 20 mph the posted speed limit daily. There are residential areas and businesses where motorist try to get out of only to be impeded by speeders. It's a wonder people aren't killed on Broadway more often then not.
