Broughton Road near State Route St. Rte. 88
There are lines on the road depicting the trapped area. The police sit in an empty lot, just past the turn for Shop N Save, on the right as you head toward Rte. 88. Broughton starts at 25mph, advances to 35mph, and at the intersection of Broughton & Baptist, goes to 30mph; this is where they get ya!

This is definately a speed trap, usual run by police in a red Dodge Charge or a white Dodge Magnum station wagon. I really think they get a thrill out of backing up traffic on the road. I got the flashing lights and tried to pull into a parking lot 5 feet away - WITH my turn signal ON - and the SHORT, power-hungry cop yelled at me. What a jerk. I know I was speeding and desired a ticket, but you could tell Officer Shorty had a real Napolean complex. When I told him I was pulling safely into a parking lot to prevent "the impedement of traffic" he looked away and started stuttering.
I know which officer you are talking about. He is rude and a bully. Give a uniform to a short man not bright enough for college and too flabby for the military and you get a person who thinks he can rule the world.
