Buff Road – Exit 108 towards Hwy 15
I guess the" town" of Summerton needs this $133.00 more than i do! The cop even gave me an envelope to send it in. What a rip off – I was stopped for going 54 in a 40. Beware coming off I95. He told me to "Please Drive Safely" as if this was a residential area or something. Beware!!
