Bullard Street Light Department Substation
Police officers often sit at the Bullard Street Substation facing South East (towards Shrewsbury St/Pinecroft Dairy). I have been WARNED (not ticketted thankfully) for doing as little as 41 in this 35MPH zone.

The speed for all of Bullard Street is 30 mph. I saw it posted a couple of times.
