Burns Road by the RR Tracks just East of the College
I got a ticket here a few weeks ago. The officer was parked in the driveway just west of the tracks. He was very nice (unlike most NR officers) and said that they have had complaints of speeders in this area and would be watching it for a while.

I work right next to those tracks, I've seen many many people get pulled over right outside my window.
