Marked (regularly) and Unmarked (sporadically) patrol this section of road between the WalMart(south side of street) and Loew Theater (north side of street). The street is 4 lane with a speed limit of 25. Favorite spots to "hide in plain sight" include between cars in the Loew’s parking lots and the small strip mall next to the Loew’s.
