By the Kittery Trading Post (Rt 1) store on Sunday morning
The speed limit on Rt 1 by the Kittery malls is only 25 MPH. On Sunday morning the route is clear of traffic and most people don’t realize they are going over 25 MPH. The cops hide in Bob’s Clam Hut parking lot and have no problem obtaining their “quoto.”

Drivers "Not realizing" they are going over the speed limit is their problem. Their job is to realize their speed at all times. Driving is a privilege, not a right. If you don't drive according to the rules, pay the price.
