Bybee Branch Road near Cascade Avenue
There is usually a patrol officer sitting in Buckingham Apt.parking lot with his lights off.He is parked parrallel with Bybee Branch Rd.There are other cars parked there so it’s really hard to see them.I have a radar detector and it picks them up all the time.The most popular car number is 624.He is extremely rude and hateful.Beawre!
