A speed trap by definition is a road with an unrealistically low posted speed limit to trap unsuspecting drivers. Cambridge between Roland and Arthur is a residential street (25 mph), about a block and a half long, with schools nearby. People speed down Cambridge at up to 45 mph to avoid the traffic lights on Novato Blvd. Using radar on Cambridge is not a speed trap it is called law enforcement.
