Campbell south of Martin Road
Located by Veterans Park. Always an unmarked car facing north on Campbell just south of Martin Road. He looks for speeders as well as people running one of the 3 stop signs. Campbell only has parking on one side of the street. This car sits on the non-parking side which is the side the park is on.
