Carlin Springs Road near Edison Street
Headed toward George Mason, you come over a rise after Greenbrier and the kops have their set-up on the corner of Edison and Carlin Springs Road under the trees. They are on the sidewalk. They usually wear iridescent green striped vests, and you can usually spot them in time to slow down if you are paying attention. They are here occasionally soon as the weather turns nice. One of their favorite spots to predate upon the public. Not sure if they used LIDAR, but they have radar guns. Normally in the morning; sometimes in the afternoon. Not seen after dark.
