Carmel Mtn. Road heading from PQ to towards Rolling Hills Elementary
Just as you’re coming down the hill from the church area, there are a few uncontrolled side streets. Usually in the first street there will be a cop sitting there, semi-concealed as it is not a very well lit area. It’s very easy to let your vehicle speed up as you come down the hill from the church, and the cops know that.
