Confirmed, indeed a speed trap. I live one block away. Cops here are on bikes and, in most cases, work in pairs. Both cops are off their bikes using LIDAR focused on eastbound traffic on Carmel Mtn Road. Once you pass the top of the hill at Stony Creek Rd., watch your speed going down the hill. They will get you!
