Carroll Canyon Boulevard near 15 Expressway
Going West on Carroll Canyon West of the Hwy 15 overpass the speed limit is 35 but most people don’t know this since it is a very broad five lane road. The cop hides with his laser gun on the North side of the road in a condo parking entrance way. He runs out into the street to pull you over.
