I don’t know how often this cop sits their i saw him for the first time a couple days ago and its near the end of the month. (5/28/03 i think it was) Anyway their is a sharp corner on Cedar Lake Rd close to Plymouth Rd and minnetonka blvd. I think this corner is just a bridge on cedar lake rd that goes over some railroad tracks. Anyway its extremely hard to describe. Bear with me now. Alright on this corner on Cedar Lake Rd their is a big gravel shoulder anyway the cop sits their in a dark green chevy impala (i had to take to looks to make sure it was a cop car) it has only those lights on the mirror to give it away but the mirrors blend in with the paint from far away mind you. Anyway its really a perfect spot because if you heading toward ridgedale on Cedar Lake Rd from Minnetonka Blvd. their is a sharp curve to the right by a school and after you take that corner only then does this impala come into view. While heading toward Mtka Blvd. from Ridgedale (which at first would be Plymouth Rd) their is a steep hill with a stop light on it which gives you a choice of either going streight (i think thats how you spell it) or taking a left and either way you go its Cedar Lake Rd. Anyway if the light is green and you flying over this hill you WILL NOT see this guy until its way to late. But im guessing on the enforcement Level cause i have only seen him once but in this location its hard to believe they would not use it alot cause its honestly very good i guess it would be like shooting fish in a barrel.
