Police hide in the Car Wash parking lot that sits up on a hill to the South West. From this location they can observe traffic approaching from all 4 directions with a long range of visabilty. North-bound traffic should be particulary cautious as they are descending the hill and can easily gain speed unintentionally. This speed trap is near the Skate West skating rink where large numbers of children are present during weekday evenings and weekends all day.
