Entering Pocatello on the Center street Exit from the interstate you are desending
a large hill , and it is very easy to coast over the speed limit. The city police often
sit on side streets and tag coasting motorists.

Actually it is not Center St. Exit- itis Clark St. exit- and the police LOVE to nail you if you go >30 MPH (Center St. runs parallel to Clark, but goes West to East -Clark is East to West).
