This cop will hang out in the elementary school parking lot exit or entrance, or one of the small streets near the school. There are tons of trees everywhere so you don’t see him clearly.
It’s a 40 mph zone.

This guy got me, it's hard to see him until you are too close for him to catch your speed on his gun if you are coming from Phoenix and heading east towards Brockton because he sits closer to the wall and coming to other way hes a little easier to spot from far away, so be careful and keep and eye out i see him there everyday
