North bound service road of HW75 between Campbell and Renner. There is a street right next to the Sleep Inn. Sunday afternoon about 3:00pm an unmark car, ugly brown color, sitting right there before the stop sign pretending waiting for the traffic to clear up. Window down, a cop with a speed gun pointed at the cars on the service road. Speed limit is like 45 mph but most people are going at least 60 because it’s a long stretch and just coming off expressway. Sunday afternoon 3PM? I was so amazed those Richardson cops are so devoted.
