Central Heights Road near Berkeley Boulevard
Between Berkeley Blvd and Thoroughfare rd. just behind Lowes more often than not a officer is sitting in a pretty hidden location that cannot be easily seen from either direction. I have known SEVERAL people who have been pulled there!
