Chagrin Boulevard near Graveyard Entrance
Officer usually is positioned about 50 yards from entrance on an angle. Based on the angle of the cruiser it appears they are primarily targeting traffic leaving Shaker Heights and heading East on Chagrin Blvd. between Warrensville Center & Green Roads.

Officers often wait in the driveway of the golf course maintenance shed - only cars going east are in Highland Hills - cars driving west on Chagrin are in Beachwood - I've seldom seen any Beachwood officers speed trapping here ! Highland Hills speed traps are so prevalent as Highland Hills has virtually no other means of income as most of their inhabitants are in the cemetary. I often drive out of my way - west on Chagrin, then use side roads to go east - just to avoid driving in Highland Hills.
