Chartres Street near Between Leeland and Capitol Street
This speed trap is near downtown. The speed limit is not posted anywhere but it is a 30 mph zone. Police set up in a parking lot on Chartres St. underneath Hwy 59 between Leeland and Capitol St.. Three police officers work the trap. One mans the gun, another tells you where to park, and the 3rd one gives you the ticket.
