The Benton Country Sheriff sits on the left side of the road in a gravel turn out just as you pass the fair gounds and are heading towards Finely. You cannot see him until its too late as you hit a peak of a hill and are going downhill towards him. The speed limit is 40 and does not turn to 50 until you wind the corner past where the Sheriff sits.
