Cherry Ln & Payne Rd
The city police like to hide here right off of New 52. The speed limit changes from 55 to 40 very quickly for people coming into town from the interstate. As soon as you see the 40 sign you need to slow down or else they will get you.

What really contributes to the problem is the non-standard 40mph signs. Higher that normal, smaller than normal and way off the road. Also no Reduced Speed Ahead signs.
