There is a school near a church where the speed limit is 20, but they will wirite you a ticket even if you’re in the 45 mile per hour zone, which is well passed this point, and write the address back at the church on it. they are hard up for extra money, or have nothing better to do with their time on duty, i suppose! be careful!
