Chester and Pinkley
Speed limit is 30 MPH. Not a "trap" per se but the sheriff guys are on Pinkley a lot. Once got a ticket there where the guy told me I was doing 42 and showed me a radar gun showing 29. I wasn’t going 42 — heck, I wasn’t going 32 — but there’s nothing you can do about it. I know there’s no law saying they have to show you the radar gun, but they know if you live in Arlington you’re less likely to drive downtown to dispute a ticket. Just set the cruise at 30 and let the folks behind you get mad.
